Kestrel & Co wanted their new headquarters to move away from the typical glass-and-chrome law office. We designed a series of warm, wood-paneled meeting rooms and a central library lounge that softens the formality of client meetings.

The space now doubles as a recruiting tool, with new hires regularly citing the office as a reason they joined the firm.
